The status of any issue, task, user story or epic can be changed via commit message.

1. How?

Just add to your commit message something like:

TG-REF #STATUS-slug

  • REF: US/Issue/Task reference of the element you want to modify

  • STATUS: New status slug to set.

2. An example, please!

TG-123 #closed

In this example, 123 is an issue reference and with this command, the issue will change its status to closed.

3. And where’re the available statuses defined?

If you are the project admin you can manage the statuses atribute in the admin pane: Admin > Attributes > Status. You can find all of them for stories, tasks and issues
